Mattia Giacomelli: Third in "Chef of the Year"

CHIAVENNA - Winner of the day and third overall for Mattia Giacomelli hotel restaurant Crimea Chiavenna at the national cuisine "The Chef of the Year", held last weekend as part of RistorExpo 2013 Lariofiere Grass.
A was won by Cristian Spaniards, cooks Association of Brescia, ahead of David Martinenghi, Lecco association chaired by Ferruccio Castelli. Third place tied for Chiavenna Mattia Giacomelli and Sebastian Pezzoli. An excellent result for the hospitality industry Valchiavenna but also for the local hotel school that trained the young chef.
